At Royal Scarab, every piece is created with intention, care, and limited production runs. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return and refund after we receive the item back if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

The item is in its original condition

You contact us within 10 days of delivery

You provide clear photo proof of the item’s condition before shipping it back
Returns requested after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Proof Required Before Any Return
Before any return is approved, you must email us:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item (front, back, tags, and packaging if applicable)

A brief explanation of the issue or reason for return

No item should be shipped back without written approval from Royal Scarab.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

You will receive return instructions by email

You must ship the item back within 5 days of approval

After we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the returned item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration, the refund will be denied and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

Royal Scarab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing return packages

If your return package is lost in transit, no refund will be issued
6. Missing or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier:

7. Non-Returnable Items
