Thank you for shopping with Royal Scarab. Every order is prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All in-stock orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

During high-volume periods, limited drops, or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days (varies by country and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear

  • Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control

4. Missing or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier:

  • Royal Scarab is not responsible for missing or stolen packages

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for delivery-confirmed packages

  • Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address

  • Royal Scarab is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay reshipping fees

  • Refunds will not be issued for address errors

6. Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal of delivery

May be subject to:

  • A restocking fee up to 20%

  • Shipping fees deducted from any approved refund

  • Reshipping fees if the customer requests the item again

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import taxes

  • Royal Scarab is not responsible for delays caused by customs

  • International shipping times vary by destination

  • Refunds are not issued for customs delays or refused international shipments

8. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

If your order includes a pre-order item, please note:

  • Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received

  • Most pre-orders take 30–45 days to ship due to production and quality control

  • Estimated pre-order shipping timelines will be listed on the product page

  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship only when all items are ready

  • Partial shipments are not guaranteed

  • Pre-order timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Refunds are not issued for delays related to pre-order production timelines
